This Bruster’s location in Mathews, the suburb of Charlotte was good for the most part. We visited on a Thursday evening for some ice cream and weren’t disappointed. We got the Brownie Sundaes. The quantity was quite generous; however the brownie itself was quite hard—maybe from having been cooked too long, or being stale, or just being cold from storage.
