I love the ice cream at Bruster’s and the staff is so nice and friendly.
Have enjoyed your ice cream many times. But drive-thru experience was awful simply because the music playing while ordering was annoyingly loud. Barely able to communicate. Asked if it could be turned down - NO! Seriously, what’s the point? Absolutely play it everywhere else on property, but is it necessary to do it right at drive-thru speaker?
The friendliness of Bruster's staff and quality of their fantastic ice cream will keep my family and I coming back for more!
Absolute bliss! Best ice cream I’ve ever tasted. I go at least 2-3 times a week!
