First time ordering and the mango/strawberry swirl was the best ever. Well worth the cost.
False advertising on available flavors
5 out of 5 stars for this amazing crew!! We couldn't wait any longer to find out if we were having a boy or girl. So I walked up to the counter, asked if they could make a strawberry shake for girl or a chocolate shake for boy, turned my phone over to them for a minute, and the whole store was happy and willing to help us! They even covered the top of the cup so we wouldnt know until we were ready! Ps. Its a girl!
Wonderful staff
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in Athens. I went to the drive-thru at Bruster’s and politely asked for a sample spoon, only to be rudely told, “It’s not allowed.” I calmly responded that I wasn’t aware. Instead of a polite explanation, a rude blonde employee came to the window, snapped that it was against health department regulations, and slammed the window shut in my face.
