Two separate times, I got ice cream at your Schomburg Rd. store in Columbus, GA, the ice cream (double cones-almond coconut chocolate, strawberry, peach, and peanut butter chocolate buckeye) it was melty and did not even look like two scoops, pitiful! The server did exchange one cone, but it was no better. She apologized, but your ice cream is expensive and soft serve DQ isn’t as runny! Fix your ice cream cases!
My husband and I just went there to get an ice cream and we waited about 10 minutes as the girl had several orders and we had walked up. A car came and went through the drive in and low and behold another employee comes out and fixes their order while we still standing outside. We walked away because if this is the way you treat your customers I can and will take my business elsewhere. My husband wanted Chill and I suggested you. Never again will you have to worry about us returning.
The customer service was horrible . When we received our food the buns were solid and stale . I asked for onions on my hotdogs and the were ice cold and soaking wet and slimy . Obviously they have sat in a bin for a day or two. Not only was the meals disgusting , when we received our ice cream , it was like soup because it had sat on the counter for so long .
