I asked for shake with strawberry and banana. I got first cup that tasted more milk. They made other one. The young lady forgot to add the banana but she used ICE CREAM BANANA without my OK. 2nd tasted like no banana. Last one, the shake was TOO tight that I couldn't drink!!!! In the past, I tasted a real banana in the shake. I will not come to this place again.
Thank you #Brusters for pulling thru for our birthday girl. You answered our request at 9:30pm during #Covid19 and created us a delicious ice cream cake that we were able to pick up in the drive thru! All of her birthday plans were cancelled so this put a smile back on her face!! Thank you!!
I love that Bruster’s partnered with Frederick Libraries #fcpl to teach my kids and their friends about ice cream making with a sweet treat at the end! Perfect summer learning at its best. Thanks Jarrett of Bruster’s and Janet of FCPL for cooling the kids down in a hot hot day!!!!

That’s the best ice cream ever. And it’s open all year round. I’m always excited to try something new there even though I have my favorites.
Everytime i visit i stand there at a window and watch workers stand and talk n wipe counters. No one says hello would you like to order nothing.4 times this has happened to me and all 4 i have walked away after 20 minutes or more thats crazy
