Terrible service. I placed my order of only four small milkshakes, I pulled up to the counter and she asked my for my order again. Dumbfounded I looked at her and asked “what happened, did you not make it while I was waiting 15 minutes?” She told me she forgot to write it down. I didn’t pay I went somewhere else. But unlike her I will never forget my terrible service here which is exactly why I won’t be back.

You answered our request at 9:30pm during #Covid19 and created us a delicious ice cream cake that we were able to pick up in the drive thru! All of her birthday plans were cancelled so this put a smile back on her face!! Thank you!!
With the coronavirus blasting through the United States the staff of Brusters ice cream aren’t wearing gloves when they are handing ice cream out to their customers! Unacceptable.
Came here and got a salted caramel ice cream. I was in the middle of eating my ice cream and found a pecan in my ice cream which I am highly allergic to. I will not be returning until they can assure me that they take the safety of food allergies seriously because my friend got white turtle ice cream and they used the same scoop without washing it for my salted caramel.
