do not recommend anyone going to this guy. had torn labrum in my shoulder had surgery July 8th, 2019. Today he tells me I cannot get pain medications when I'm clearly in pain still. tried prescribing me something I'm allergic to without even consulting my chart for allergies. when told I can't take it he then says all I can take is Tylenol. I can't even pick my arm up. My shoulder is popping a lot still. It's very painful still. RecommendedDr. Brustien operated on my shoulder after I smashed my collarbone in a car accident. I still have the pins and plate. Then 4 months later he had to operate again to remove a bone spur and shave down some cartilage. He is very good and therapy right in his office is a blessing.
I am currently a patient and not exactly sure what the outcome will end up being.I really feel there's more going on than just a broken shoulder.And it pisses me off that both times when I asked him for pain meds he made me feel like a drug seeker and I don't appreciate it one bit!!first time,he made it clear that he doesn't prescribe anything over 5s.Then when I was there a few days ago he let me know that he never gives anything stronger than Norco.I told him I didn't want anything more.There's people out here with a lot l... read more
This office is a joke. Left me waiting over 45 minutes to get my surgery site marked because the front desk person "didn't know what I was there for". Almost made me late for an appt in St louis. Went back to get stitches out and left waiting on hour in the exam room with no explanation. When I complained was told dr was late getting there. Made me miss a planned lunch in chicago for my grandaughters birthday. It would have been nice if they had told me he wasn't there and asked me if I would like to reschedule.
Awesome surgeon! He fixed my broken clavicle and my husbands broken arm! HIGHLY recommend him.
