I went in to get my very long hair chopped off to donate, and Skylar took excellent care of my hair and got it exactly how I envisioned it. She’s super fantastic and I cannot recommend her enough! She even helped me by sending off my hair for donation!
Disrespectful and awful place. They do not care about their clients. Hairdresser Victoria with zero desire to work. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. She scheduled appointment for me on Saturday morning, told me it will be 4 hours treatment and 200 dollars. I cancelled all my plans for that day. When I arrived she wasn’t there. Tried calling her, and she said she: “forgot to check up her schedule and will not come today”. It’s incredibly rude. Salon is a joke. Don’t go there. Scam
Horrible customer service! Made an appointment a week ahead to color hair with a girl calls Victoria, and when I arrived - nobody showed up to do my hair. I waited 20 minutes and eventually they called her and she said she forgot she has to work today and will not be able to come to attend me. That is so irresponsible! Why would you waste someone’s time like that????!!
This salon is top tier. Erin fit me in and got my hair looking exactly like I wanted. She was so sweet, easy to talk to, made sure she understood what my goal was with my hair, and NAILED it. Leilani did my daughter’s hair cut and added some tinsel for her. She did a really good job at making her comfortable. She left super happy as well. It looks so pretty! All of the other stylists there were super friendly and inviting too! 10/10 recommend.
If You're looking for someone that listens check out Brushes!! I'm new here to Mississippi moved from Ohio. I've been spoiled back home with my sister having her own solon and was worried I wouldn't find someone to keep up on my hair color and highlights.
