I enjoyed my visit at this office. It wasn’t until I got a bill for $346 that I found out they were out of network for my insurance. They knew I wanted to use my insurance for the cleaning, and no one ever mentioned that it wouldn’t be covered. It feels predatory to say you take my insurance but not mention it’s out of network. When I called to talk to someone about it, I left a voicemail, and they just sent me a generic email response. Super nice and personable, willing to work with you and answered any questions I had! Super easy to schedule as well
My appointment was 3:30pm for implant consultation and leaving 4:18. Not bad I live the environment
