My home was in desperate need of multiple repairs and new drywall due to flooding and water damage as well as a full paint job including refinishing my kitchen cabinets. We exained the project we wanted done during the estimate, interior work, to do closets. Shawn took on the job, showing us how clueless they were by trying to change up my vision by persuading me to go a cheaper route. I wanted newer modern farmhouse and he was giving me cheap shelving and things i just wouldn’t want in a new home. We even showed them pictures multiple times… walked them through my house showing exactly how I wanted it and they still didn’t understand. Poor time management, they dragged out the project. They have some very disturbing behavior on their “TikTok” page.. which has now been turned private because they were called out about racist and sexist posts… very unsettling and odd.. this establishment is so tremendously unprofessional. I Would not trust this person in my home or with my money EVER.
