Paul Volz is wonderful. He is so kind to the colony cats that I bring in for treatment. I have been going there for years and would never change vets.
Took our dog in yesterday to have a checkup and schedule her to be spayed. She is a very hyper dog when she sees other dogs and they told me to leave her in the car when I got there and go in to let them know we were there and we could come in the back door. I waited inside with my dog in the car for 20 minutes. Went out to get her to walk her around since I was not comfortable leaving her in the car all that time. I had taken my puppy in to get spayed and met Dr. Foil for the first time. She was just as kind and warm hearted as Drs. Volz and Miller. She answered all my questions without making me feel like I was bothering her. I have three yorkies and a cat, and my sons Siberian husky all go to Brush Run! They are simply the best!! :)
We took my mom's very timid red heeler in yesterday to get spayed, first they lost our appointment, we had to stand in a very packed waiting room for almost 45 minutes till they figured out what to do with us, then when they took Patches into the back for blood work, I warned the vet that she wouldn't do well without out me and would try to slip her collar, to which she did and came barreling back into the waiting room while the staff chased her and warned people not to touch her she bites, thank god we were in the waiting r... read more
