Rude and unfriendly customer service. Stay away
My goodness, where do I start. I booked a MONTH in advance only to show up to my appointment and wait 40 minutes for them to start my nails. I get it was a busy day but do better. The nail technician who saw me was nothing short of rude and infantilizing. I told her I am not one to get nails done often and I asked for her advice on the inspo picture and she agreed that the colors I chose are great. Brush is an incredibly unique nail salon experience. Everyone is so friendly, kind, and funny. After a few visits they start to feel like friends. I’ve gotten my nails done by a few of the techs. I definitely have my favorite but they’re all meticulous and take their time with every design. The entire studio is also hygiene conscious and asks everyone to wash their hands before beginning service. A minor touch but one I appreciate. I would recommend Brush to anyone in the Pittsburgh area!
