Over this past weekend our beloved dog Tyson passed away. We were already upset and distraught. They just made matters worse by treating us and our dog like garbage. It was the only vet available during the weekend other wise I would have called my usual vet who cares about our animal and us, not just the money. I will never use this vet with another pet I have or get. Very unprofessional and rude. They don't care about you our your pet. I have enjoyed working with Dr. VanAlstine for years through my job at DeLong Bed & Biscuit. He and his staff are kind and courteous as well as professional. I've not heard a negative report from one of my customers about BCAH in the 12 years I've been in business...and that says a lot!
Did not have a good experience . For sure will not return not even with a pet rock. Not only did he do a bad job but he hurt my dog and I had to take him to a emergency vet college one hour away. He tried to fix it himself and did that wrong too. not to mention how rude his staff is. I would rate him a minus if I could.

Best care ever. Dr Van Alstine and Dr Owen are beyond fantastic. This group is like our family. They take treating all of babies as seriously as they do their own.
