poor management Nothing but problems with this mans tenants. a total slumlord who allows his tenents to disturb an entire neighborhood with stereo and car noise. tenants keep up noise night and day. complaints to the manager Gary Brunt make no difference. had to contact the owner of the property to let her know tenants damaging her property because manager does nothing. going to have sue these people to preserve rights to peace and repose. i would NOT hire this man to manage any of my properties.
