I went there for service in September and had an appointment at 3pm. When I arrived I asked the employee in the service department if I should stay or if apt would take a while I can leave and come back when the vehicle is ready. The employee said just take a seat. I was there for 3hrs and they did nothing to my car. I should have left a review when I first purchased my vehicle almost two months ago, but I didn't. Today, I needed to go back to get a copy of paperwork to give to my insurance and the salesman Cam saw me coming in and greeted me by name! And he didn't just remember my first name, he remembered my last name as well. He had made car buying a super smooth process with zero stress.
