They didn't have the vehicle in stock. They said they could get the one I wanted . I gave them a deposit of 1,000.00 Now they gave me the deposit back, because the new model was coming out. I waited many months for the vehicle. I could have bought it elsewhere while I was waiting. But I had a contract with them.Now the 2026 is higher priced. But I guessed it work out ok. I will never return to this Toyato store again with that rude manager walking away by saying “you can’t have the paper if you are not buying from us” on first time me and my family went in their store. The sales man who helped us is very nice. However, manager’s attitude is awwwwweful!!!
Generally have enjoyed going here however the last two service appointments have been marked by incompetence so I will no longer go here.
