Top notch Concierge Staff. Donte and Ashley brighten my every morning and afternoon.
Rented for 3 years here. I would give this building 3 stars but the amount of fake sounding 5 star reviews are why I am giving it one. Each unit is individually owned so your experience may vary depending on how well it was maintained. The biggest issue with this building is its management and communication. Move in fee was $450, move out fee was $150, so $600 total just to move in and out of here which frankly is ridiculous considering all they do for this is layout carpet protection and allow freight elevator access. I would be wary of most of the positive reviews here. I have been renting in this building for about two years now. There is a high front desk staff turnover. Cars have been broken into in the garage because they let some shady people in. The car elevator is a joke. It keeps breaking down every other day. Most if the gym equipment is poorly maintained and is rusting. Stay away.
