Contacted them to repair a leak in my irrigation system. Sent email via their website - no reply. Called their business phone number twice - no reply. Not a good look for their business. I found another company that called back immediately.

Lawn sprinkler installation was done with care. They walked me through how to use the timer and even tested everything before leaving.

Thought about trying a DIY sprinkler installation, but decided to get it done the correct way the first time. BSM had excellent pricing and great professionalism discussing what I wanted with the project and while at my house. Definitely would recommend to those looking for sprinkler installation or servicing!
