I think Dr Moussa's favorite word for his patients is that everything the patient is going through is in their head or it's depression. I have been very week for almost a month with heavy bleeding so I went to see him. After the blood work came, I went the only for him to tell me that there is nothing wrong with me and that what am going through is all in my head, and it's all because am not happy that's why am feeling weak. If I could give this doctor 0 stars, I would. My sister was a patient of Dr. Moussa (she’s since found a new PCP). She was sent by her chiropractor to obtain a prescription for a VERY NECESSARY MRI of her back after months of severe pain. The chiropractor couldn’t prescribe the imaging without the approval from her PCP. Dr. Moussa refused to listen to anything my sister had to say, didn’t even bother to look at her paperwork from the chiropractor, and told her repeatedly she didn’t need an MRI. While working at Preferred care my encounter with Dr.Moussa. NEVER have I Ever experienced a work environment where, because you held a title as a Doctor that granted you the right to speak to people in a derogatory way, in a rude and intimidating way. Dr. Mousse who’s the doctor over a lot of the patients in this facility spoke very rudely to me on multiple occasions. He has created a very hostile working environment whenever present.
