I love Brenda Poythress!!
I love the actual doctor, and some of the staff is amazing. But they are understaffed and as a result they take forever to fill prescriptions, send prior auths, or set up referrals to specialists. It can take literal weeks and multiple calls or visits to get these very basic things taken care of. I finally had enough and had to find a new doctor.
Brenda is absolutely amazing! Most thorough and caring provider I have ever been to! My whole family sees her now and we've all received the best care of our lives!
