My mother is a patient here and the staff has been nothing but rude every time she’s been seen or visited. The receptionist has been the most rude amongst the entire staff. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I’ve been a patient at this practice for a few years, May was my first time seeing Dr.Melissa Thomas and she was so awesome!!! She heard me, she emphasized with me and she made me feel like a real person instead of a chart number! She was very thorough and thoughtful! I went in today and had an extended wait time, I was getting very frustrated and anxious, once I made it to the back and was seen by her, it made all the difference! I was completely unaware that Dr. Chandler had moved until the new doctor arrived for my appointment. I had been overcharged for my appointments, and Cynthia promised to message billing. However, she never did. When I messaged the office for the billing department number, Whitney gave me the wrong number. She suggested that I try dialing the number with the number 1 before it, which doesn’t work when the number is incorrect to begin with.
