I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Murray and her staff at Brunswick Medical! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so nice, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Dr. Murray was very kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. You can tell that she truly cares about her patients, and her staff reflects that same level of kindness and professionalism. Dr. Thomas is AMAZING. she has been so attentive and thoughtful while getting acclimated with a new doctor and having a new primary care. I thoroughly recommend her to everyone. Everyone that works here is extremely sweet as well. Cannot recommend Dr. Thomas nor this place enough!!
It's a pleasant atmosphere and miss Kim is very nice.
Staff is excellent, very helpful. Medical team is very knowledgeable of the problems that may arises. This practice got rated a five from me because I have received good care.
I do not recommend this practice. The staff is completely unprofessional and rude. They do not return patient calls even after a month and numerous voicemails and a message through the portal. I spoke to the receptionist (who has at least been professional and polite) and she assured me that Whitney would return my call. She never did. I was a newer patient to the practice, but will not be returning.
