I was completely unaware that Dr. Chandler had moved until the new doctor arrived for my appointment. I had been overcharged for my appointments, and Cynthia promised to message billing. The doctor has left the state moved to NYS The staff refused to contact her after requesting a medical issue. Some thing is very worng here I understand DrJeuslyn Chandler has moved to New York State a few weeks ago permanently. That a MP is now working there full time when I asked the staff about this the answer was less then truthful. One of our other doctors called their needing information for emergency surgery the staff said she was in her office which turned out to be untrue. I love Brenda Poythress!!
I love the actual doctor, and some of the staff is amazing. But they are understaffed and as a result they take forever to fill prescriptions, send prior auths, or set up referrals to specialists. It can take literal weeks and multiple calls or visits to get these very basic things taken care of. I finally had enough and had to find a new doctor.
