ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!- My Fiance was sold a used truck, it had a 90 day warranty. he had problems with it from the very beginning. when he brought it in, their certified service tech recommended a number of things that needed to be done. This dealership sent him down the street to whack Job Ned!- who didn't follow the original service guys recommendations. Finally-honest car sales! – As a 24 year old woman who is completely uncomfortable at a car dealership, shopping for a new car proved to be very stressful. I went to plenty of dealerships and felt mistreated, swindled, used, etc...until I came to Brunswick Auto Mart. My salesman was Chuck and he made me feel immediately comfortable. Unacceptable – I was interested in a vehicle at Brunswick Auto Mart. I was told that to secure the car and the deal I needed to write a check for $500 that they would hold onto until I picked up the vehicle in less than 24 hours. When I came back to sign the paper work to purchase the car, they had already sold the car. Not only did they sell the car but they cashed my deposit check (which I was told numerous times that it would not be cashed).
