I called the office yesterday after i checked my e-mail stating that I had a lease renewal due and that it was not the first e-mail I had gotten about it. Sorry, but I don't always have access to my e-mail, and I have stated that to the office before. I asked about my lease renewal and why there was such a big increase in my rent, at that point she was not so pleasant with me. We wanted to tour these units as soon as possible but of course on the day we were going to look at it we got hit with a huge storm but they still made it work for us to see the place and we obviously fell in love!! Amber was so patient with my husband and I and made everything a breeze, she even was able to get us moved in a few days early!!!
My apartment have mouse problem a lot and I hate being here. It’s not just one time!! Check your oven well before you use. The mouse made a nest in oven couple times in last few months. No matter how I clean.... I spent a lot money for trap, spray, pest repellers. I don’t feel safe here. I hope they can fix it.
***Maintenance review*** Sean recently came to fix the shelving in my closet and did a wonderful job. I wish you had been the one to come and repair the items the month before. Your attention to detail and effort to make sure everything is done right is great. I'll be requesting you in the future!
