Jessie is always excellent to work with honest, high performing operation gained lawn equipment snow removal equipment and generator care never having an issue with service sales and follow through... Just had a generator issue with a pending storm and am thankful that Jessie cared enough to get me repaired Excellent, caring, and competent highly recommend for generator care and will update my unit this spring!
If you wan't something fixed, DO NOT go here. I received the worst service with trying to get my generator fixed. It took over two weeks for me to get it back and on top of that they didn't even fix it because they quoted me wrong. In the end it would have cost me $420 for them to fix it. When I tried to call about my generator no one answered, or a call back and when they did they didn't give me a direct answer. I will never go there again, and will advise all my friends to not as well. These low-life people also took the f... read more
After a week without power, our generator died. Many thanks for coming out late on a Sunday night to get us up and running again.
