I have been going here for years excellent staff and service
My review is not about Dr. Devito, I’ve been coming to him since I was 11 years old and I’m now turning 22. Nearly every time I call the office I don’t get an answer. On the rare occasion I do get an answer the woman on the phone is extremely unpleasant. The last time I went here I was pregnant (my name on here is fake as I’d like to stay anonymous) and I struggled so hard to get an appointment after I’d had my baby. Staff was good professional.
I don’t have words for the amount of disrespect shown to me this morning at Brunswick Family Dentistry. I am a new patient and waited almost a year for my first visit. It’s been a long time since I have been to the dentist. A couple years ago I had to have a tooth pulled and had a very bad experience with that and get very bad anxiety with the dentist now.
