Called to schedule a yearly check up and was told I was not allowed to schedule with them anymore. Been coming here since I was a child. Absolutely ridiculous. No letters or any sort of indication I wasn’t allowed to continue care with them. Avoid if possible
I had IPL treatment for my dry eye with Dr. Poulin and I am very satisfied with my results! I not only have had improvement for my dry eye but have also seen improvement in my skin as well . I would highly recommend Brunswick Eye Care for any dry eye needs .
Dr. Houlin is truly the best optometrist I’ve ever had! She was extremely helpful in finding the perfect contacts for my eyes after years of struggling to find a good fit. I recommend Dr. Houlin to anyone and everyone!
My wife started going to Brunswick Eye Care Associates recently—she was just were not getting the customer service from her previous eye care establishment in Portland; to put it nicely—and my wife couldn’t be happier. The staff at Brunswick Eye Care Associates; Olivia Poulin, O.D., Teresa and Terry at the front desk and Fern in the Optical department are all quite personable and very professional (and very attentive). Great people. Great place.
