The staff was great with my family yesterday. I noticed the conversation staff was having with David and she talked to him at his level, not like he was a little kid. It was nice to see. They like coming to get their teeth clean. The only drawback for me is the cost. It is not as affordable as other practices. It really makes it a hard decision. I don't want to choose care based on my budget. I'd rather choose by the level of care and knowledge the practice has. Thank you to your staff!
We were so impressed! We did get lost coming from North Canton due to Google being wrong, but when we called for help the receptionist was so sweet and understanding. Everyone we met was so nice and very sweet to our 1 month old daughter. It's hard to hand your baby off for a surgical laser procedure, but we knew she was in extremely capable hands. I love this office, they have always been great to us and especially our son, I would recommend this place to any childs first visit to their last !!!!
The staff is wonderful, everything is explained, my children feel very comfortable and the Doctor actually talks to you. Love everything about Brunswick Kidds Dental.
