Seems the GM Charles Dodd wants to question the integrity of his customers when it is he that can't train his staff. Had to have a refund initiated and they failed to refund the sales tax. Pretty scammy Charlie Dodd. Is that how you make extra money? One must question your integrity and ethics.
We purchased a Jeep Latitude last October after repeatedly stating we wanted a 6 cylinder. We also asked about the gas tank capacity & were told it is 20 gallons. Later, it was discovered the capacity is only 15.8 gallons and the vehicle is only a 4 cylinder. I’m not claiming the misrepresentation was intentional, but we did not receive what we thought we were buying. BE CAREFUL! John Mayer North Royalton
