RecommendedThe staff is caring and kind. They were so very supportive when we had to euthanize our 17 year old dog - before, during, and after the event. Now they are continuing to care for our new "fur baby". During this time of COVID, they are ensuring that their patients are still receiving great care, while maintaining consistent sanitation and disease prevention protocol. I am very pleased with all aspects of care.

The doctors and techs are very caring
Let me tell you about this place. Dr. Rabon is amazing Vet. The rest of these group suck. I have been trying for a week for them to send in my refill prescription for my dogs heart medicine. I live a hour away from them. The lady told me they didn’t have time to fill out the paperwork for the medicine they will get to it when they can. If I need it I can drive down there and get it. I told her I live a hour away. She said sorry! Those ladies in there are nasty attitude at its best.
I have a “special needs” kitty who I’ve had to 3 different animal hospitals in the hopes of diagnosing and treating a specific health issue. Dr Rabon has a special love for felines which prompted me to “try” him. For years my boy Munkey has suffered chronic and incessant sneezing and coughing. Enter the Cat Wizard, The man has a wealth of experience and wisdom readily available at his fingertips! Munkey has found RELIEF for the first time in over 3 years! Thank you Dr Rabon. My other 2 cats will visit you soon.
I have been using Brunswick Animal Hospital for 15 years. After today I will NO longer nor will I recommend them. My requested service was ignored, after waiting over a month for an appointment. I understand now why the tech said they were using "burner phones". They do not want to discuss the lies, the items NOT requested but charged for nor do they want to adhere honesty. If dishonesty reigns just from noncompliance of customers request I have to wonder if they are truly giving service which they claim $$ for.
Their professional and caring demeanor
Dr. Thompson and staff are so kind and caring. Had to bring my boxer in and even though the news wasn't good they were very kind and let me have time to gather myself together before bringing my baby girl back out to me so we could go home. Thank you to everyone at Brunswick Animal hospital.
Dr.Thomson is great!!!! The staff is great. I really want to tell them all thank you very much !!! This hospital works very hard for our fur babies. !!
