Working with Bruno's has been a nightmare. I had them install a brand new air conditioner in 2016. It froze up twice that summer. They blamed my tenants and said they must have set it too cold. We dethawed it and had it cleaned. They charged me for the service calls. The next time that summer they came out in August. They said it was because I had dirty filter.
