Extremely happy with the haircut given to my family, probably the best cut and style recieved in this area. Will happily be going here again!
My Granddaughter had an appointment for 2:00 and Ashley showed up 21 minutes late. Then my Granddaughter told her that she did NOT want layers and she just wanted a trim, but Ashley gave her layers and cut a good 5 inches off the length. She left there in tears and hates her hair. We will NEVER go there again!! Next time maybe listen to what your customers ask for.
