I've never looked so GOOD!!! – About a year and a half ago, my friend booked her wedding party with Bruno Salon and Spa. I happened to be one of her bridesmaids and was booked for an updo with Greg and makeup with Jovie. What a team! Fabulous, fabulous! I absolutely looked awesome thanks to the two of them! Bruno saved the day! – I generally don't have the time, will or need to write reviews, but I feel it's important to give kudos where deserved. I was in town for an important event as my hair was a disaster. I was recommended by a colleague to try Bruno Salon in Brooklyn to fix my bad/orange hair. I called to set an appointment for a Friday afternoon and they were very accommodating. I was able to get an appointed with Bruno the owner himself. LUCKY! Beautiful salon and Great STAFF – I went to Bruno's salon because i hear he was the best colorist, so I went I told him how I wanted my hair, and my color came out GREAT and I loved it. I got so many compliments on my hair everyone in the salon is great everyone is like family and they treat you WELL!!! His staff is the greatest everyone makes you feel comfortable, its a great atmosphere and I truly recommend that everyone go to Bruno's salon. .
Beautiful Salon, but Highly Disappointed – I went to Bruno's because of all the great reviews on here. I brought a photo of how I wanted my hair to be dyed and highlighted. Bruno and I discussed it and I thought that was that. After it was done, the color looked good, but it is not at all what I asked for. NOT AT ALL. And on top of that, Bruno was not there to check the color and ask me if I liked it after it was dry. That is highly unprofessional. Sorry you were dissapointed with your hair color!! I had been in the salon when you left.I was in the lower level organizing the spa products.When i came up stairs reception mentioned you had gone and had been happy with your hair.I did ask my assistant and she responded as my reception did that you loved your hair.I also booked your appointment and discussed the price of a single process and high lights. Great Experience !! – My doctor recc that I go in for a Lymph Drainage Massage .. did some reserach and found Bruno's Spa ... Low and behold it was Spa week !!! Sadly I had to cancel my initial appt due to illness but was thrilled to find out Bruno extended Spa Week for another month. His attentive and charming receptionist Kizzy, phoned me to tell me...a very happy surprise! FANTASTIC! – The service was fabulous and the staff was outstanding. Everyone treated me and my friend like royalty. We will return there asap-if not sooner. I would recommend them to anyone.
Love love Love – Samanthat does the best nails. I get compliments each and every day. Definitely worth the trip to have beautifully done nails.
Ther're all great! – Brunos salon is a very warm and welcoming environment.. They have the best massages which I absolutely enjoyed. Eleni has strong hands and she is great! All the stylist are great at wat dey do, however I love cathys blow outs!!
Bruno is amazing!! – I've been coming to Bruno Salon & Spa for the past 3 yrs and i have to admit i dont want to go anywhere else!! Bruno has been coloring my hair & i have gotten more compliments on my hair in the past few years then ever before. Bruno has a natural talent for knowing what colors will work with your complexion and your overall look.
