Horrible customer service. I had bought Groupons 3 different times and got my hair done all 3 times. My mother bought me a Groupon to get my hair done for my birthday. I specified it was a Groupon that I was using when I called to make my appointment. I gave my full name. I showed up on time to use my Groupon today and Marta was quick to tell me I couldn't use it since I've used one in the past.
