We had one of their guys come to our house to give us a price on installing a mini-split in our sunroom. That was two weeks ago. Haven't heard from the company since. We had several other companies come out at the same time and give us estimates. At the time, Bruno was our leading option. Not any more.

They showed up when they said they would. Which was very quick. Gave me a fair honest quote up front and fixed the problem. The two guys who showed up were professional and very polite and did a great job. Would highly recommend and will definitely call them in the future.

This company is outstanding! Their customer service is bar none! I have the privilege of being their neighbor as well and to see the level of respect they have for each other as well as their commitment to exemplary customer service, which they deliver each and every visit. Quality work at a fair price. Prompt and knowledgeable staff diagnosed the issue and returned to complete repairs in a timely manner. I would recommend the local, family owned business for any service they provide!
