I ordered a product from this business, but it never arrived in my mailbox. When I contacted the owner to request a replacement, he refused. Instead of helping, the owner insulted me, accused me of refund fraud, and called my situation 'shenanigans' because I used PayPal's standard protection window. He wanted to resolve it himself, but then he said he wouldn't issue a refund or a replacement.The owner claims a strict 10-day policy, which is not customer-friendly for shipments. I can't even put into words how good the hotter Sierra Nevada Chileno peppers from Bruno's are. Such a quality product even the leftover juice has many culinary purposes. A+ company located in the 209.

I grew up on home grown chileano peppers in the owens valley. As an adult I grew and canned my own peppers in the owens valley and s/w Idaho. Bruno delivers the taste and quality of home grown. Excellent peppers

I’ve been eating these since childhood (my kids also love them). My dad bought them all the time. Best peppers EVER!!! And the best snack ever is leftover cold sliced tri tip wrapped around a Bruno’s Nippy!! My kids are growing u
