I have used the Brunk’s not only to purchase a home, but also to manage a rental. I have a wonderful experience on both. They helped us find and negotiate our beautiful home in Monument, and made great recommendations as it was being built, such as 10 ft basement ceilings, which has given us tremendous value. As a property manager they have vetted wonderful tenants and I am “hands free” and my monthly income like clockwork.
