RecommendedTom and Brenda are AWESOME! Brenda helped us find our first house in 2015. Tom then helped us sell that same house in 2020 and Brenda is helping us find a new home! They are always available to answer any questions. They are honest and understanding of what we wanted in our homes! Their friendly personalities make buying and selling homes fun! I’ve been a tenant of Brunk & Brunk for nearly 8 yrs now. They have been one of the most professional, understanding, and attentive group of people I have ever rented from! Definitely would recommend their services to anyone in the market. I know wouldn’t have been here this long if I didn’t believe this to be true!
I have used the Brunk’s not only to purchase a home, but also to manage a rental. I have a wonderful experience on both. They helped us find and negotiate our beautiful home in Monument, and made great recommendations as it was being built, such as 10 ft basement ceilings, which has given us tremendous value. As a property manager they have vetted wonderful tenants and I am “hands free” and my monthly income like clockwork. If you want to not worry about anything in the rental process call them, they are excellent. Jim
NEVER EVER EVER again. Run very far away from this place unless you love getting charged for anything they decide you ruined/broke/clogged.............. This company is absolutely rediculous. it's DISGUSTING how they treat their tenants. run run run.
Do not move into 1116 Holland Park Blvd. The two apartments that will be listed soon had 2 of the best people you would ever meet living in them. They are both moving on the same day because the drug dealer upstairs have a daughter.... Fresh out of 15 years in prison.... That is threatening lots of neighbors, including the two couples that are moving. B&B can't handle the situation. Look elsewhere for your own safety
So far so good. we will be moving in soon and this company really worked with us and helped us out. I will update as time passes.
I don't recommend this company to anybody, This company should be your last choice or should not even in your choices.
