Physicians are outstanding here BUT beware of the clinics' scammy billing practices. My physician referred me to a specialist at the clinic and the practice told me she was in-network. I then got a bill for ~$350 b/c the specialist was out of network.
I am not sure who if anyone else have received a letter from them saying that before an appointment you had to pay $100 upfront, but I know my father in law has, and that it would be a thing that they would do from now on. My husband also goes here and they never give him the options to do a payment plan for his hospital bills and always demand he pays a HUGE amount. He even wanted to see if his doctor can order him a refill for his diabetes medicine and they told him he needed to pay $500 before they scheduled him an appoin... read more
This place is just awful, they just want your money here. The other day I called and they told me I needed another visit before I could set an appointment with a Gastroenterologist even though I saw them in November. The gastrologist I spoke to said I didn't need to be checked out by my doctor, just to have them send a referral but when I told them this I guess it upset the lady at the front desk. Dr. Polsinelli is unprofessional, unfriendly, unknowledgeable about basic things, and altogether unpleasant to work with.
