Don’t bother getting a storage unit here. The person running this place is very rude and unprofessional!!!!! I informed her regarding the rat droppings and the shredding of my kitchen supplies!!!!! If you’re looking for a storage unit in this facility please take your stuff elsewhere. The lady I dealt with is not someone you even want to explain your situation, since she simply thinks she is entitled
The manager is awesome.. She is more than willing to help you. Overall it has been such an easy and pain free experience... I recommend this facility 100%
I wish I could give this place negative stars. I booked here with Addy and she gave me all incorrect information. She told me that I would get a free rental and that my storage is located in the front. She also told me that my couch could fit in there elevator after I explained the demotions of the couch. All of these, were lies. From answering all my questions clearly to helping me find the right storage unit for my needs, Addy made everything smooth and stress-free. Her customer service was top-notch, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and genuinely kind.
