Sympathetic and skilled MH providers. Extremely hateful office staff. Very unhelpful & condescending. Not interested in patient care.
KAMALA FIELDS IS A VERY CARING PMHNP. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO IS IN NEED OF SERVICES TO NOT HESITATE TO GO IN FOR A VISIT.
I used to love Gloria Brun, however, what a nightmare they have become. Incompetent waste, bias, uninformed Kamala Fields put me on medicine that caused even more problems and did more harm, having high blood pressure and fast heart rate due to anxiety, put me on a medicine that causes even worse heart rate and higher blood pressure. Thought I was gonna die, but refused out right to put me back on medicine that has always worked well for me, 20 yrs of evidence based safe and effective but refused to help. Some training for staff might be a good idea. Especially when it comes to a mental health facility. The curt, unsympathetic and uncaring handling on the phone because you may handle so many people and/or you are too busy to care because you are full, is not the greatest sign of a well managed office. I did hear great things about dr brun tho which is a shame that her personal professionalism does not extend to those hired to handle her mental health patients.
We love her. She answers any questions and listens to what the parents want as well. My son (8) loves seeing her.
