Bought my wife a diamond ring there and the price was excellent. Great service.
Brought in a silver chain to be repaired. Just connect 2 loops together. Owner didn't even get off his chair. Said it would be cheaper to buy another chain. $50 he said. I thanked him and said I'd buy one on marketplace. Lol. Terrible service
Brought my chain in to have it repaired, didn’t even make it to my car before the clasp broke while trying to put it on. Was told that it just “happens” and would be another $150 to have it fixed. The repair was done directly below the clasp. Didn’t even offer to repair at a reduced cost. And I never used the clasp as it always slipped over my head easily. So there was no need to use it. Not impressed at all.
After a horrible experience with a different jeweller , Bruinix was able to fix and restore my engagement ring that was previous damaged. Very happy with the customer service and the quality of work! Would highly recommend
