For any campus organization that is trying to get shirts or materials created, do not come to this place. I had to get a set of t-shirts done for my program and contacted them multiple times. I called once and was told to go in person. I went in person to speak with a manager (because the student employees at the front desk are not trained on t-shirts) but they had left for the day. If I could give this review zero stars I would. I can not stress enough to future graduating bruins that they should get their stole embroidered through a 3rd party. I ordered my sash 3 months ago and have only been able to finally pick it up today, after 4 phone calls, 2 in person visits, and countless unanswered phone call attempts. Each time that I was actually able to speak to someone about the progress of my stole, I was "promised" that it would be completed within 2 days of the phone call. I ordered by stole on February 7th (66 days ago) and still have not received it without any proper communication. I have checked in with customer service via email and phone multiple times over these past two months. They sound understandably very stressed, but they have also been dismissive, rude, and refused to provide any estimated arrival times.
