Bruening Glass Works. Best Restoration for Stem Ware. Waterford Crystal repair specialists. They can restore almost any crystal ware you have. No matter the age. Their people understand the chemistry behind crystal glass and know how to restore. Great work. worth the price. Make sure to have your stem ware properly packaged before shipping to Bruening.
Dr Kathleen Breunings glass was the only company (worldwide) to accept my order to reproduce a rare chandelier part and I can tell you that I tried! While I have experienced quite a wait to receive my order from overseas, my dealings with the firm by phone have been positive and the staff seem very knowledgeable and committed to excellence. Will update when I receive my order!
TERRIBLE SERVICE - they keep your Waterford DO NOT SEND YOUR WATERFORD HERE! They have had my Waterford lamp for over 8 months. I cannot get them to return any phone calls or emails. I paid in full months ago (almost $400) and the do not even reply to my attempts at getting my Waterford back. I wish I could give them zero stars.
