RecommendedI had 2 glass angel ornaments repaired- very professional work. Before I sent the pieces this spring, I was told that it would probably be October before getting them back - which was okay since I didn't need them until Christmastime.
wish I would've read reviews before I forked over 300$ to have a piece of glass made...was told 2 weeks on delivery, goin on week 4 ...won't return calls, just goes to voicemail every time...SCAM!!

Consumer Beware! This company agreed to repair a small glass figurine that belonged to my wife's late mother. On March 19th, 2019 we were charged 145.00 in advance to do the job. We also sent the item by insured shipping via US mail which the company insisted we do. I have called them multiple times and every time they say it will be sent out shortly. I worked with them years ago, excellent craftsmanship on a very important architectural detail!
He never delivers and requires 100% payment up front. Fortunately I used a credit card and got my money back when he never delivered. Also doesn’t return phone calls or emails.
I sent a martini glass to them back in December of 2019 and was told it would March before it was ready. I wish I would have read the reviews first. I don't even mind the delay, but he never returns calls or emails. I don't live close enough to pop in to retrieve my item either.
please do not do business with this company. They were suppose Fix a lamp shade for me and ask for a down payment. WE sent them the lamp and have not heard anything.. I read on their page they are thieves
I do not recommend My mother recently passed away. Her crystal bowl, that had been a wedding gift, was chipped. I spoke with Marc at Bruening Glass and felt confident he understood the sentimental value and would do a job repairing it. He asked to pay in advance and did so in good faith.
