I cannot believe Marc would deliberately steal my money and my mother's Waterford lamp shade. January 2023 I sent the shade for repair after being assured it would be returned in 12 weeks. Of course in retrospect I should have read the reviews. The time and undue stress it is causing me is beyond the pale. My mother died on Christmas day. The 4 stars are for the workmanship. True artisans; my Waterford repairs are not noticeable. I would love to have given 5 stars but, similar to others, the communication is well below expectation; most likely owner is more ‘artist’ than ‘customer service’. I believe even the BBB complaints were ultimately corrected, owner just doesn’t update. Be prepared to wait a much longer time than original estimate, as well as be frustrated with lack of updates. If I could give this business 0 stars I would! They are a SCAM. They took my money in November of 2022 for 2 pieces of glass and NEVER SHIPPED THEM. They have NOW BLOCKED MY NUMBER. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Took my grandmother's vases, decanter and glass bellows in addition to $450.00!! sent December 2019 won't return!!!! real rating is zero
I sent three Swarovski pieces in February 2019, paid $350 to have them repaired, and Marc told they would be sent to me in about ten weeks. It is now November 18, and I STILL don't have my pieces back. He has ignored my emails and calls, and has stolen my pieces and my money. I even just asked, via email, for my pieces to be returned whether they had been repaired or not, and no answer.
A swindler. Took my money for repairing a piece and never returned it or the money. This lying crook promised three separate times to do it "tomorrow" before I gave up.
I sent Bruening Glass a Lalique Martini glass for repair in August 2018. The glass is no longer made. He indicated he could repair it. (the stem was separted from the glass). He never replied with a quote as requested in my shipping documentation. Finally after multiple unreturned phone calls and emails my glass was returned only to discover it was damaged in shipment. I sent in a very rare Vaseline Glass 1930's art deco statue to have the base repaired. The repair was very very well done, excellent fix really, and is is barely visible. They did tell me it would take a few months to get it fixed. 4 months later when I called for a status I talked with Mark who said they would be working on it in a few days. 30 days after that time I called for an up date every 2 weeks.
