Every time my friends and I go there to order a smoothie we are told they are not making smoothies. They tell us they are understaffed. Meanwhile, one employee is just standing there. We were only asking for one smoothie. If you're not going to serve them, get rid ofthem. Tropical smoothie needs to take over.
The employees are very nice and the service is amazing. They were slammed with 30-40 people in line and still had things running efficiently. Best breakfast spot in downtown Pittsburgh!!

I haven't had Brueggers since I left Albany, NY so I was ecstatic that it was near I was staying in the area. The location has plenty of space and you can dine in. The hours are between 6am-2 pm and there are plenty of choices to choose from. The bagels are a lot smaller than I remember. But the sandwiches are on point. I love the Turkey Chiptole !! The food is as to be expected for a fast food breakfast place. Quickly mass produced. Not much flavor and underwhelming but will do in a pinch. The people are nice and helpful. Glad to have it when everything else is closed.
