This bruggers has been in Pittsburgh for years when I was in college very customer service friendly To bad they only stay open till 2pm
I chose this location today as opposed to the one I usually go to on Fourth Ave and I regret it. I particularly asked for the hash brown bagel, which the cashier seemed to understand. I checked my receipt and saw "asiago parmesan bagel," so I even asked again to make sure he put the correct bagel, which the cook said yes. Well once I got to work, I opened my bag and I had an incorrect order. Very disappointed. I even left a tip.
I'm not coming to this location again. The staff literally cannot handle any amount of people. 3 people ahead of you? Wait 15+ minutes. 7 people ahead of you? 30+minutes. Today I waited 10 minutes, AND PEOPLE WHO ORDER AFTER ME GOT FOOD BEFORE ME! Were the staff ever trained here? The sheer amount of incompetence in this store is baffling
