I used to love this bagel place. Over the years their quality has gone way down, to the point they either burn the bagel or don’t toast it at all. Not to mention every time I visit the people who work there are pretty rude.
I went to grab some bagels on 09/12. I was super craving a great bagel, and this didn’t hit the spot, unfortunately. Perhaps if my order had been what I actually asked for, I might have had a better experience. What I ordered vs what I got: Everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. Got a sesame bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. Sausage breakfast sandwich on a jalapeño cheddar bagel (extra charge) with extra cheese (extra charge).
