Staff doesn't go off the time that is posted online they go off there own time and open the location when they decide.
Ran from A gates for favorite bagels.. 5:20am.. Nothing. No one there. Lights out.. Has happened last 3 flights. Last time was fewonths ago. Great crew. Time before, nasty and on phone working register. Made sure the people in line felt like an inconvenience..
