The team here goes above and beyond to assure a good experience with a fresh bagel sandwich. Even though they are so busy they greet you and really make your day. A “shout out” to Amy for all her hard work and customer engagement!
What an amazing customer service experience! Dwayne, Amy, Matt, and Nancy were super energetic, and it was fun to interact with them. They really ensure they are giving the best customer service experience to all of their guests. Any time I fly from PIT, I always look forward to stopping there for a bagel and some coffee - as well as the fun interactions - even if my gate is in a separate concourse.
I've been to this Bruegger's numerous times and it always does the trick. The food is great and the employees are great as well. It can be busy but it is always worth it.
