Dirty. Bagel was soggy and seemed under cooked. Excellent service.
I’m going to need a refund for this. I asked for the bagel to be toasted, when I got home and checked the bag, my whole sandwich was toasted. Cream cheese hot, cheese melted, lettuce wilted. Disgusting. Not to mention the pile of cream cheese on it. I can’t eat this.
Just arrived in pittsburgh and this could not be a better start!! staff were super kind, food was delicious and we were even given extras on the way out. did not catch our servers name but i would die for her
Shadyside location: Realized they missed our cream cheese tubs and cookie after we arrived home and they don’t allow you to actually talk to anyone on the phone. Would love a refund of the missing items.
I got a bagel with salmon, cream cheese, tomatoes, and capers. The bagel itself was good, but the tomatoes were ice cold and anemic (despite it being prime tomato season), and there was an underwhelming amount of cream cheese (maybe 2 Tb). Definitely not worth the $10 I paid.
