This is my first experience with bruckner Volvo/Mack here in Irving Texas.i had a rear brake relay valve go out and needed it replaced quickly.i went thru the proper channels and got everything setup. From the initial contact with bruckner staff at the service desk, my experience was pleasant and they were professional, friendly and understood my needs as I’m under a load that needs to get moving as quickly as possible.i arrived close to closing time, but my equipment was checked in and I was advised they’d start on it first... read more
