I’m not sure why this facility has some negative ratings, but my personal experience has been amazing. I visited several other facilities with much higher ratings before settling on Bruceville Terrace, and this one is better by miles. From the very beginning, Josh and Ana in administration were incredibly helpful, polite, accommodating and welcoming. Bruceville Terrace is a wonderful and loving skilled facility. The staff is kind and friendly and patient care is attentive. I highly recommend this facility for patients needing support.
Today is my last day at Bruceville Terrace. I have been had nothing but positive results and things to say about this facility. The Administration staff are very communicative. The Nurses and CNA's are wonderful extremely helpful and very caring. The PT and OT staff are really knowledgeable and they work very hard to get you up and around. This is the third rehab place that I have stayed and I must say, the best. There were a few problems but better than other places. I was there a month, so I got to see a lot of different employees. Some, better than others. Which is typical. PT and OT personnel were always helpful and friendly. They worked with you 6 - 7 days a week. Other places don’t.
