Rarely do I give 1 star. This dentistry is part of a larger corporation with offices spread from the bay area to Sacramento. - In the six visits my wife and I had we never saw the same dentist or hygienist twice. The staff turn over is very high. - In the course of two appointments they rescheduled 5 times at the last moment for the convenience of the staff - With previous practices, I am used to the dentist popping in at the end of a cleaning to have a brief look at my teeth and check do a cancer check. Just moved to the area. Made what I thought was a 1pm appt. arrived at 12:50 to do paperwork since I was new. Got that done quickly. At 1:25 I asked, wasn’t my appt at 1pm? She said no it’s at 1:30 but I told you 1pm for the paperwork. I said ok, although that did tick me off. Then at 1:40 I asked how much longer it might be. Not long. And then at 1:45 I was told 10-15 mins maybe. I asked how long the appt would last and she said probably 1 1/2 hrs. They extracted my 4 wisdom teeth here. Everyone's friendly, knowledgeable and they all seem to care about how comfortable I am and made sure I felt safe before I went home. No attitude/annoyance on on the phone either, which is rare. I went on only on Saturdays so wonderful job, Saturday crew.
This office deserve a 0 star! Took my sister here today for wisdom teeth removal. Came at 10:45am and waited til 1:30pm to see the dentist. The assistant came in 2 hrs later asked “do you want to read over the post op instructions?” Really!? You’re suppose to go over it with the patient and answer question she might have. big shout out to the lovely ladies in the front. I brought my daughters here for cleanings and check ups. First of all, the doctor is one of the sweetest human beings I have ever seen. She was so careful and gentle. My girls are young and so scared of anything that has "Dr." in front of haha! The assistants gave them each a balloon! A big thank you to Natalie in the front.
