Honest, reliable, accommodating, professional, quality and friendly. We can’t say enough good about our experience with Neal Bruce and his staff.
Took a large van to them for an estimate and repair. I was told that get an estimate to me over the weekend. On Tuesday I still had not received it, so I called and asked about it. I was rudely told that if I were in a hurry go somewhere else.

I had some body work done after a minor accident that another party was liable for. Found Bruce's after a recommendation in my BMW club group. These guys did a great job, better that I think I would have had from the place the insurance company wanted to send me. The big difference is that Bruce's worked for me, not the insurance company and went to bat to get the repair done properly. Great job!
